Using a high dielectric constant capacitor ceramic <barium titanate titanate> extruded into a tube, disk or disk as a medium, and sintered by infiltration of silver plating on the ceramic as an electrode. It is divided into high-frequency porcelain and low-frequency porcelain two.

Capacitors with a small positive temperature coefficient of capacitance are used in high-stability oscillating circuits as loop capacitors and pad capacitors.

Low-frequency ceramic capacitors are limited to low-frequency circuit operation in the bypass or DC blocking, or less demanding on the stability and loss of the occasion (including high frequency). Such capacitors should not be used in the pulse circuit, because they are vulnerable to breakdown voltage pulse.
