What factors should be considered when the variable frequency power supply is being debugged?

What factors should be considered in the process of debugging the variable frequency power supply? The debugging work of the variable frequency power supply is relatively complicated. Generally speaking, the equipment manufacturers are difficult to complete independently. Basically, the inverter power supply manufacturer is required to assist the debugging of the entire equipment. Therefore, in the debugging process of the variable frequency power supply, both the manufacturer and the manufacturer must consider and pay attention to these problems.

 

Factors and considerations to be considered during commissioning:

1. The cable connected to the motor should be shielded or armored, preferably laid in a metal tube.

2. The end of the cut-off cable should be as neat as possible, the unshielded line segment should be as short as possible, and the cable length should not exceed a certain distance, generally about 50m.

3. The control cable should use stranded shielded wire or double-stranded shielded wire to prevent interference and cause malfunction.

4. The ground wire returned from the motor controlled by the variable frequency power supply should be directly connected to the corresponding ground terminal of the variable frequency power supply. The grounding wire of the variable frequency power supply should not be shared with the welding machine and power equipment, and should be as short as possible. The minimum cross-sectional area of the grounding wire of the variable frequency power supply must be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the power supply cable.

 

In the routine maintenance of the variable frequency power supply, there are also some matters that need special attention. If the variable frequency power supply is found to be tripped, do not open the variable frequency power supply for maintenance immediately. This is very dangerous and there is a possibility of personal electric shock. This is because even if the variable frequency power supply is not in operation, even if the power supply has been cut off, the power supply input line, the DC terminal, and the motor terminal of the variable frequency power supply may still have voltage due to the presence of the capacitor therein. Then, pay special attention to the measurement of the output parameters of the variable frequency power supply.
