More and more electronic components requiring varistor protection in highly integrated circuits are required. Resistance is becoming more and more important. The working principle of the varistor is high-impedance when there is no transient over-voltage, but its impedance will decrease continuously with the increase of surge current and voltage, and its current-voltage characteristics are strongly nonlinear.

 

So what about the 14D471K varistor? 14 refers to the chip diameter of 14MM, D refers to the chip shape is circular, 471 refers to the voltage is 470V, K refers to the error is plus or minus 10%, and the parameter is not visible The capacitance is 430pF and the current is 4500A/6000A, but different series from different manufacturers are different.

 

The 14D471K has these features:
