Method two:

①Connect one end of the resistor to a watch pen and the other head to the crocodile clip and wrap the tape with the insulating tape.

②The crocodile clip is clamped on the ground wire, and the capacitor is connected to the other pole with a pen.

③It should be noted that if a capacitor is discharged for a long time, the resistance will be heated, and a larger number of watts can be selected.
