The ceramic capacitor has no polarity and the equivalent series inductance is small. Ceramic capacitors have high frequency characteristics and are used in high frequency circuits. The ceramic capacitor can filter out high-frequency ripple, so it can be used as a high-pass filter. Ceramic capacitors can be used for pure AC circuits.
