Resonant capacitor

Resonant converters, such as resonant switching power supply and resonant capacitor in thyristor intermediate frequency power supply resonance circuit, often flow through a very large current. For example, in parallel resonant thyristor intermediate frequency power supply, the resonant current flowing through the resonant capacitor is 10 times or higher than the current passing through the thyristor, so it is necessary to select a special capacitor to meet the requirements. If the resonant capacitance specification of the electronic ballast is not chosen at the time, the phenomenon that the voltage on the capacitor does not reach the breakdown voltage but is damaged by the larger resonant current.
