Measurement of Capacitor capacity

    The capacity of a power capacitor can be measured by a multimeter without a dedicated instrument. The specific method is to connect 220 V AC power supply in series with the fuse (the specification of which is determined by the capacitance of the capacitor) and the capacitor to be tested. The voltage at both ends of the capacitor is measured by the AC voltage file of the multimeter.
