1. Filter circuit

When the CBB capacitor is used for the filter circuit, we need to know the following parameters, how many VDC is the DC voltage, how much VAC is the ripple voltage, how much the ripple frequency is HZ, and how much mA is the ripple current.

 

2. Suppress battery power interference circuit

In this type of circuit, X2 and Y1 safety capacitors are generally used.

 

3. Resonant circuit

In an AC circuit having a resistor R, an inductor L, and a capacitor C component, the voltage across the circuit is generally different from the phase of the current therein. If we adjust the parameters of the circuit components (L or C) or the power supply frequency, we can make them the same phase, and the whole circuit appears purely resistive. The circuit reaches this state called resonance. In the resonant state, the total impedance of the circuit reaches an extreme value or approximately reaches an extreme value.

 

When CBB capacitors are used in such circuits, we need to know the following parameters: how many HZ the resonant frequency is; how much VAC is at the capacitor terminal voltage; capacity error; current; external dimensions; pitch and ambient temperature.

 

4. Resistor-capacitor circuit

This kind of circuit is currently the most widely used circuit in the LED lighting industry. In the RC solution, the film capacitor is the most important key component. Her long life and performance directly affect the life of the LED lamp. Therefore, in this solution, the selection of film capacitors and product quality requirements are extremely high.

 

When CBB capacitors are used in RC circuits, we need to know the following parameters: use voltage (mains) 220VAC (230VAC) or 110 (120) VAC.

 

CBB capacitors are used extensively on analog circuits. In particular, in the part where the signal is connected, it is necessary to use a capacitor having a good frequency characteristic and a very low dielectric loss to ensure that the signal is transmitted without excessive distortion. The dielectric constant is high, the volume is small, the capacity is large, the stability is better, and it is suitable as a bypass capacitor. Polypropylene film capacitor dielectric loss is small, insulation resistance is high, but the temperature coefficient is large for high frequency circuits.
