The suitable model should be selected according to the working condition and environmental conditions of the line, and its main parameters should meet the requirements of the line.

1. In the high frequency resonant circuit, besides the low loss of capacitor, it is also required that the capacity has good temperature stability. Usually, ceramic dielectric capacitance type 1 is selected, among which Ch characteristic is also called zero temperature coefficient product. Its capacity basically does not change with temperature, but its capacity is only between a few PFs and several hundred PF.

2. For capacitors with low frequency coupling, the bypass and filter, miniaturization and low cost are the main focus, but the temperature stability of loss and capacity is not high, so generally two kinds of ceramic capacitors can be used. Its capacity selection range is wide.
