Capacitance is a very important parameter in selecting capacitors. A well-designed circuit has specific parameter requirements for electronic components. For a capacitor, the capacitance is related to whether the capacitor can meet the needs of the circuit, so as to ensure that the circuit can reach the target to be determined during design.

 

The capacitance of a so-called film capacitor refers to the capacitor's ability to store charge. The numerical capacitance is equal to the ratio of the amount of charge stored in the capacitor to the voltage applied across the capacitor. The formula is: C=Q/U. The unit of capacity is law (F). 1F=1000000uF, 1uF=1000nF=1000000pF.
