1) Due to the limitation of vacuum purification conditions, the internal maintenance of the ceramic capacitors shall not be performed on site.

2) It is found that the ceramic capacitor has a serious appearance defect. When the overheating and insulation aging defects are caused, the capacitor should be taken out of operation and the spare capacitor should be exchanged.

3) Clean once every season (usually during regular power failure inspection), mainly cleaning the capacitor frame and porcelain insulation, the discharge device of the capacitor bank, the ventilation device and ventilation hole of the capacitor chamber, and the electrical energy of the capacitor circuit.

When a serious accident occurs in the ceramic capacitor group, the manual discharge should be performed on the entire ceramic capacitor. Secondly, each ceramic capacitor is discharged one by one, that is, the metal ground rod and capacitor mounted on the insulating rod are used. The terminal contacts the discharge; then it is checked to replace the ceramic capacitor with serious defects. In the replacement, it is necessary to check whether the capacitance value and the insulation resistance are qualified according to the recorded data of the backup capacitor, and check whether there is any leakage or oil leakage. After replacing the qualified capacitor, it should be energized three times under the rated voltage. If there is no fault and then trial run for 24 hours, the inspection and inspection should be strengthened during the trial operation.
