The X7R and X5R SMD capacitors are Class II low frequency capacitors, and their capacitance is relatively stable. The difference between the two is mainly at the maximum operating temperature. The former is 125°C and the latter is 85°C. Suitable for a variety of filtering, coupling circuit. The X7R dielectric multiplayer ceramic chip capacitors is normally gray. Its temperature coefficient is ±15%, the capacitance is relatively stable, suitable for various bypass, coupling, filter circuits, etc. Its capacity accuracy is mainly K file (±10%), under special circumstances, can provide J file (±5 %) accuracy of the product. Y5V dielectric multiplayer ceramic chip capacitors are class II low frequency capacitors, the temperature coefficient: +30 ~ -80%, capacitance by temperature, voltage, time changes, generally only applicable to various filter circuits.

 

Its capacity accuracy is mainly Z-range (+80 to -20%), and products with ±20% accuracy can also be selected. The operating temperature range from -30°C to 85°C with a capacity change of +22% to -82% and a dielectric loss of 5%. Due to the high dielectric constant of the Y5V multiplayer ceramic chip capacitors, capacitors up to 100 μF can be manufactured with smaller physical dimensions and can be used as a substitute for chip tantalum capacitors in some circuit environments. Z5U dielectric chip capacitance in the stability of the capacity between the X7R and Y5V, its operating temperature range of +10 °C ~ +85 °C temperature characteristics of +30%, -80%;
