Method for identifying the copier resistance of a copier

The quality of the thermistor is commonly identified by the following methods:

1 At room temperature, use a multimeter to measure its resistance. If the resistance is too large or infinite, it is open circuit. If the resistance is too small or zero, it is short circuit.

2 million meters use ohms, connect the test leads to the two ends of the thermistor, use a lighter to heat the resistance, then the resistance should have continuous changes, if the resistance has a sudden or no change, the resistance quality is problematic.

 

When the portion where the thermistor is in contact with the surface of the heat roller is contaminated, the temperature of the fixing roller is increased and the warm-up time is increased. If it is not cleaned in time, the working temperature will increase with the thickening of the dirt. When the temperature of the fixing part exceeds 196C, the temperature insurance will be blown. Therefore, regular cleaning of the thermistor is an important part of maintenance.

 

In the event of a failure of the copier's thermistor, it will affect the normal use of the copier, especially if it will seriously affect its temperature and cannot be accurately controlled, thus causing many problems in the use of the copier. Therefore, in the event of a malfunction, the above method must be used for maintenance.
