3. The terminals of each connecting cable should be tight and not hot.
4. The shell has no deformation and expansion.
5. There is no noise inside the capacitor.
6. There is no external flashover and the case is grounded.
7. The capacitor room should be well ventilated and the operating environment temperature should not exceed 45 °C.
8. The protective devices of the capacitors are all put into operation.
9. Check the capacitor's circuit breaker, transformer, reactor, discharge coil, etc. should be abnormal. Through reactive local compensation, it can reduce line loss; reduce line voltage drop, improve voltage quality; improve system power supply capability.
