Low voltage booster requirements background:

China's rural power grid has a large base, and it has the characteristics of long line length, long power supply distance and large loss. Although the rural low-voltage power grid has been greatly improved after the transformation, but after all, the rural network transformation is limited, and the remote voltage of the over-supply radius is too difficult to guarantee the terminal voltage, which leads to the original line unable to meet the current excessive power load. Especially in the peak period of electricity consumption such as holidays, the voltage is low, which causes the high-power electrical appliances to fail to work normally, which seriously affects the use of electrical appliances by local electricity users, and is also a great test for the local power supply department.

 

The working principle of the low voltage booster:

The low voltage booster consists of a high performance compensation transformer, an intelligent control module and a switching device. The intelligent control module of the equipment is responsible for line voltage detection. When the voltage of the road section is detected to be low, the intelligent control module switch component automatically adjusts the voltage compensation module to compensate the voltage, thereby realizing the function of voltage increase and voltage regulation at the end of the line. The device can further improve the quality of power supply, effectively improve the voltage qualification rate, effectively solve the problems of low terminal voltage caused by excessive power supply radius in rural areas and remote mountainous areas, and ensure the stability of power consumption of power users.

 

Low-power energy-saving system design:

The technology has no inrush current, no arcing, and long relay life.

 

Uninterrupted switching voltage:

When the rated capacity of the device boost compensation is exceeded, the device can continuously switch the automatic bypass state without affecting the normal operation of the device.

1. When the system temperature is 55 degrees, the system has the high temperature automatic cooling characteristic, and automatically starts the fan to cool down. When the temperature is 100 degrees, the device will directly enter the through state to ensure the reliable operation of the system;
