According to China Energy Network, Guangxi Beihai Xingshi Carbon Material Technology Co., Ltd. has developed a three-step method (pre-activation-activation-aperture modulation) to prepare activated carbon technology with a specific surface area of 1900 m 2 /g; The heterogeneous process makes the oxygen content and iron impurity content less than 20PPm; based on the understanding of the influence of the surface layer characteristics on the conductance, a new surface treatment process has been developed to achieve a low resistivity that is twice as low as that of foreign products. At the same time, the largest-scale activation equipment of the same technology was developed to realize the recycling of process exhaust gas, and a continuous production line of 300 tons/year high-quality organic system supercapacitor activated carbon was built, which has the characteristics of green environmental protection and safety.

As a high-efficiency energy storage device, supercapacitors can be applied to many fields such as defense military, rail transit, power generation and smart grid, and consumer electronics. The high-quality organic system supercapacitor activated carbon is the only active material in the double-layer supercapacitor that is the most widely used and the largest in the market, and is the most important material in supercapacitors.
