How to judge whether the capacitor is good or bad? (3)

With the digital multimeter check, the digital multimeter is set to the appropriate resistor file, the red meter pen and the black meter pen contact the two poles of the measured capacitor respectively. At this point, the displayed value will gradually increase from 000 until the overflow symbol "1" is displayed. If it always display 000,it indicates that there is  a short circuit inside the capacitor. If the overflow is always displayed, it may be an open circuit between the internal poles of the capacitor, or the selected resistor file may not be appropriate.
