If you use an index multimeter, you usually use the R × 1K file to connect the pen to the two poles of the capacitance. The multimeter pointer wobbles and slowly recovers to or near zero. Such capacitors are good. The larger the capacity of the capacitor, the longer the charging time, and the slower the pointer swinging in the direction of 00. If the pointer does not move and the resistive value does not move, it is definitely bad.
