Frequency converter regular maintenance (3)

Open the front door of the converter, open the back door, carefully check whether the AC or DC bus row is deformed, corroded and oxidized, whether the screw at the bus joint is loose or not, and whether the solid screw at the fixing point is loosened. Fixed insulation or insulation column with or without aging cracking or deformation, if there should be timely replacement, re-fastening, for the deformation of the busbar must be corrected after re-installation.
