Load capacitance refers to the external total effective capacitance across the two ends of the crystal in the circuit. It is a test condition as well as a usage condition. In application, the accurate frequency can be obtained by adjusting the load capacitance value. The size of the capacitor mainly affects the resonant frequency of the load and the equivalent resonant resistance of the load.
