1. Fuel injection

Most occur in high-voltage capacitor banks without internal protection components due to internal phase-to-phase shorts or relative case breakdown.

The treatment can be installed with internal protection components to allow the capacitor to be removed from the grid before it occurs; it is also possible to protect a single capacitor with a fuse;

2. Abnormal noise

The capacitor in operation is stable and uniform, and the too small hum is normal; if there is a "sniff" or "squeak" sound, it is usually an internal partial discharge, and the "beep" sound is generally a precursor to the internal insulation collapse. .

The patrol should be strengthened and the abnormal noise should be stopped immediately and the cause or replacement should be found.

3. Fever

Reason: the street screws are loose and cause virtual connection and heat; the switching is frequent, and the heat is repeatedly affected by the surge current; the long-term overvoltage, overload and heat; the ambient temperature is high, the design is unreasonable, and the ventilation is unreasonable to cause heat;

Treatment: tighten the screws during power failure maintenance; do not repeatedly switch capacitors during operation; switch to capacitors with high rated voltage and rated capacity; improve ventilation conditions and increase installation distance between capacitors;

4. Oil leakage, oil leakage

Reason: improper handling, cracks or porcelain casing cracks appear in the place where the porcelain casing is in contact with the casing;

Bumping; improper installation, when tightening the screw, the force is too strong, causing damage to the weld; the quality of the component, there is a crack in itself; the temperature changes after the application, the internal pressure increases, the leakage occurs or the leakage occurs; the maintenance is improper, the paint peels off, the raw Rust causes leakage; treatment should be strengthened, pay attention to adjust the temperature of the capacitor in operation or replace new equipment; climb the surface of the porcelain bottle;

Flashover: The reason is that the surface is dirty, which is easy to occur under the influence of poor weather and internal and external overvoltage; it should be cleaned frequently to keep the surface clean; anti-pollution measures should be taken in areas with serious pollution;

5. Bloating:

Cause: The quality has been passed during use or its own quality; internal partial discharge or over voltage, over current;

Treatment: The patrol should be strengthened and it should be found that the bloating should be used or removed.
