The product is based on the capacitance dust level measurement principle for the probe and the conductive liquid to form a capacitor, wherein the metal core of the probing line is a pole of the capacitor, the conductive liquid is the other pole of the capacitor, and the middle is a high stability poly Tetrafluoroethylene, the insulating outer layer of the probe wire, serves as the medium between the two electrodes. As the liquid level changes, the area of the liquid surrounding the probe wire changes, causing the relative area of the two electrodes constituting the capacitor to change, resulting in a change in capacitance. .

1, check the size of the mounting hole:

Only suitable mounting holes can avoid thread wear. The mounting hole gauge can usually be used to test the mounting holes to make appropriate adjustments.

2, keep the installation hole clean:

Maintaining the cleaning of the mounting holes is very important to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Avoid hardening the measuring medium on the sensor surface.

3, choose the right location:

The position of the transmitter should be free from the friction of the particulate material on the sensor diaphragm, and the position where the flowing state of the medium is relatively stable should be selected.
