3. digital multimeter test. The digital multimeter is checked by digital multimeter, and the digital multimeter is shifted to the appropriate resistance file. The red pen and the black pen touch the two poles of the measured capacitor respectively. At this time, the display value will increase gradually from 000 until the overflow symbol "1" is displayed. If it always shows 000, it indicates the internal short circuit of the capacitor. If the overflow is always displayed, it may be the internal open circuit of the capacitor, or the resistance profile chosen is not suitable.
