Process flow of film capacitors

    1. The slitting process is to slit the semi-finished film into finished film. Semi-finished metallized film requires equipment slitting machine.

    2. The winding process rolls the finished film into a core. The core is the most basic and important component of the film capacitor. The core rod needs to be wound with equipment.

    3. The gold spraying process sprays a metallized layer on both ends of the core to facilitate welding of the lead core, zinc wire,zinc-aluminum alloy wire requires equipment gold spraying machine.

    4. After the core is sprayed with gold, the core is tested for charge and discharge. Check whether its capacity, loss, self-healing and withstand voltage meet the design requirements/require an equipment empowering machine.

    5. The welding assembly process welds the lead wires to the core and connects them in series and parallel. Soldering, various wires and copper foils require automatic welding machines and electric soldering irons.

    6. The core and core group testing process conducts withstand voltage, capacity and loss tests on the core and core group. Equipment required include capacity tester, withstand voltage tester, insulation resistance tester.

    7. The impregnation process is to impregnate the core and core group under high temperature and vacuum conditions to remove the air, moisture and insulating oil in the core.An impregnation machine is required.

    8. The assembly process involves assembling the core into the housing, doing insulation, installing leads and other insulating films, insulating paper, housings, insulators, lead posts, etc.

    9. The semi-finished product testing process conducts withstand voltage, capacity, loss and insulation tests on the semi-finished products. Equipment required include capacity tester, withstand voltage tester and insulation resistance tester.

    10. The encapsulating and painting process involves encapsulating, grinding, cleaning and painting the semi-finished products.Required equipment: argon arc welding machine.

    The finished product testing process conducts voltage resistance, capacity, loss, and insulation tests on semi-finished products. Depending on the situation, life tests, accurate capacity, loss tests, and internal resistance and inductance tests are also required. Equipment required include capacity tester, voltage resistance tester, insulation resistance tester, precision high-voltage bridge, AC and DC voltage resistance device, oscilloscope, luo ci coil, and high-voltage capacitor device.
