        Anhui Safe Electronics Company Ltd.,newly manufactured metallized film,1/2 safety film,which is Zn-Al metallized film,half normal half safe.The metallized film works as core material in the film capacitors.The base film serves as a capacitor medium and the metallization layer serves as a capacitor plate.Metallized film are divided into ordinary metal film and metal safety film.The layer of the ordinary meta film is a whole piece,without any middle segamentaiton.The metal safety film are divided into evaporation area and non-evaporation area,the whole layer are segematated by the non-evaporation area , there will be small vapor deposition tape connection,which plays a key role in the capacitor safety function.Therefore,the grid design form plays an important role in capacitor performance.
