Establish a perfect raw material management and inspection system to ensure the quality of raw materials meets the requirements.

 In product design, according to the working voltage of capacitor, the dielectric thickness is chosen correctly, so that it can work under the larger field strength without breakdown.

Set up perfect management system and operation requirements for cutting material equipment, especially hobs should be inspected and replaced regularly to prevent bad effects.

(II) Control of capacitor edge breakdown

In order to prevent the capacitor edge from breaking down, the discharge path between the two plates is increased when the capacitor is designed. On the other hand, when the total discharge path of the capacitor core bank is fixed, the discharge path at the end of the lead line is slightly larger than the discharge path at the end of the no lead line. Only in this way can the capacitor edge break down effectively.
