The ceramic capacitor is a capacitor made of a ceramic material as a medium, a metal film coated on the surface of the ceramic, and then sintered at a high temperature as an electrode. It is commonly used in high-stability oscillator circuits as loops, bypass capacitors, and pad capacitors. The ceramic capacitors are divided into high frequency porcelain and low frequency ceramic.

 

The power supply part often uses electrolytic capacitors. The medium and high frequency characteristics of electrolytic capacitors are not good. When the system is mixed with medium and high frequency interference, the electrolytic capacitors cannot be filtered because of their high inductance. To improve this situation, a 103 ceramic capacitor (sometimes even 104) is often placed in parallel in the power supply circuit to change. This capacitor is often called: decoupling capacitor, to pay back even capacitors, anti-interference capacitor and so on.
