When a capacitor with a lower voltage grade runs in series in a higher voltage grade network, the insulators of the same grade of the operating voltage shall be installed between the shells of each station and the ground, so that it can be reliably insulated.

After the capacitor is connected by star shape, it is used for the higher grade rated voltage, and when the neutral point is not grounded, the shell of the capacitor should be insulated.
