Industry definition and classification:

Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are made of aluminum cylinders, which are filled with liquid electrolyte and inserted into a capacitor made of bent aluminum strip as positive electrode.

In the electronic components used by the whole machine, the capacitor is the most widely used and the most used, accounting for about 40% of the total amount of electronic components, and the aluminum electrolytic capacitor accounts for more than 30% of the output of three kinds of capacitors (electrolytic capacitors, ceramic capacitors and organic film capacitors).

According to different classification standards, aluminum electrolytic capacitors can be divided into liquid aluminum electrolytic capacitors, solid aluminum electrolytic capacitors, and consumer aluminum electrolytic capacitors. The liquid aluminum electrolytic capacitors can be divided into three types: lead type, soldering sheet, welding pin type and bolt type according to the different extraction methods. Consumption type aluminum electrolytic capacitors are mainly used in consumer markets such as TV, audio, display, computer and air conditioning. The industrial aluminum electrolytic capacitors are mainly used in industrial and communication power supply, professional frequency converter, CNC and servo system, wind power generation and automobile industry.
