CBB capacitor filter inductor is a filter circuit, it is based on the current formed Faraday principle to smooth the introduction of current, the transmission voltage is lower, lower than the DC rms value, practical in the appliance than the normal consumption of large current, the greater the current filter efficiency. The frequency of the CBB capacitor uses the industrial frequency AC filter circuit and the transformer rectification filter operation. Their work frequency is the same as the industrial frequency AC power is 50 Hz; and the CBB capacitor high frequency focuses on the filtering operation after the switching power supply rectification. They frequently use a few kilohertz to tens of thousands of kilohertz. When we use the low frequency of the CBB capacitor in the high frequency circuit, because the CBB capacitor has poor high frequency characteristics in the low frequency, its equivalent impedance is higher at high frequency charge and discharge, and the equivalent inductance is higher. Therefore, in use, a large amount of heat is generated due to the frequent polarization of the electrolyte. The higher temperature will vaporize the electrolyte inside the capacitor, and the capacitance inside the capacitor will be increased. This will cause the CBB capacitor to bulge or burst.
