Judgement method of Air Conditioning Capacitor

The methods to judge the good and bad of the capacitor are as follows:

(1) The most direct and simplest method is to connect directly with 220V alternating current, and then connect one pole to another. If there is a slight spark at the touch, it is certain that the capacitor is charged, that is to say, the capacitor is not damaged.

(2) A pointer multimeter can also be used to measure capacitance in digital tables. If you use a pointer multimeter, you usually use the R * 1K file to connect the watch to the two poles of the capacitor. At this time, the multimeter pointer will swing, then slowly revert to zero or zero position. The capacitor is good. The larger the capacitance and the longer the charging time, the slower the pointer swings in 00 directions. If the pointer does not move, the resistance of the indicator will not move very much.

(3) Digital multimeter test. The digital multimeter is checked by digital multimeter, and the digital multimeter is shifted to the appropriate resistance file. The red pen and the black pen touch the two poles of the measured capacitor respectively. At this time, the display value will increase gradually from 000 until the overflow symbol "1" is displayed. If it always shows 000, it indicates the internal short circuit of the capacitor. If the overflow is always displayed, it may be the internal open circuit of the capacitor, or the resistance profile chosen is not suitable.
