Method 1: Carefully control the starting voltage and the operating voltage of the parallel capacitor, and the regulations should be within the allowable range. That is to say, the long-term operating voltage of the CBB capacitor cannot be greater than 10% of its nominal voltage value, and the operation startup is too high, which will greatly shorten the service life of the capacitor. With the increase of the operating voltage, the carrier loss of the CBB capacitor will increase, which will increase the temperature of the capacitor and accelerate the degradation rate of the non-conductivity of the capacitor, resulting in premature aging, breakdown and damage of the non-conductivity in the capacitor. In addition, under the influence of excessive starting voltage, the non-conductive carrier in the CBB capacitor will undergo local aging, so the higher the voltage, the faster the aging and the shorter the use time.
Method 2: Deal with abnormal operating conditions on time. During operation, if the CBB capacitor is found to be abnormal such as expansion, joint heating, serious oil leakage, etc., it must be taken out of operation. For serious accidents such as fire and explosion, the power supply should be turned off immediately to check, and after understanding the cause of the accident and solving it, another BCC capacitor can be replaced to continue operation.
