How to calculate the CBB capacitor derating?

Three capacitors of equal capacity, respectively C1=C2=C3=C, connected in a triangle, arbitrarily measured AB/BC/CA, the total capacity will be 3C/2. Then, by measuring, any capacity Cx between AB/BC/CA is known, and the capacity of each capacitor can be calculated: C=2Cx/3.
