Some problems in the debugging of electronic circuits

(1) According to the working principle (schematic diagram and PCB) of the system to be debugged, draw up the debugging steps and measurement methods, determine the test points, mark the position on the drawing and the board, draw the debug data record form, and so on.

(2) Set up the debugging workbench. The workbench is equipped with the required debugging instruments. The instrument's display should be easy to operate and easy to observe. Students often do not pay attention to this problem. When making or adjusting the machine, the workbench is very messy. Tools, books, clothes, etc. are mixed with the instrument, which will affect the debugging. Special note: When making and debugging, be sure to arrange the workbench clean and tidy. This is "the sharpening of the knife is not a mistake."

(3) For the hardware circuit, the measuring instrument should be selected for the system to be debugged. The accuracy of the measuring instrument should be better than that of the system under test; for software debugging, it should be equipped with a microcomputer and a development tool.

(4) The debugging sequence of the electronic circuit is generally carried out according to the signal flow direction, and the output signal of the previously debugged circuit is used as the input signal of the latter stage to create conditions for the final adjustment.

(5) The digital circuit realized by the programmable logic device should complete the input, debugging and downloading of the programmable logic device source file, and connect the programmable logic device and the analog circuit into a system for overall debugging and result testing.

(6) In the process of commissioning, it is necessary to carefully observe and analyze the experimental phenomena, make records, and ensure the completeness and reliability of the experimental data.
