Specification for nomenclature of thin film capacitor packages

Generally, the pressure resistance of film capacitor is 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 50V, etc. The type and specification of domestic capacitor are generally composed of four parts (the discomfort is used for varistor, variability and vacuum pump capacitor). It means name, raw material, classification and number respectively.

Part one: name, in English letters, capacitance in C.

Part two: raw materials, expressed in English letters.

Part three: classification, generally expressed in numbers, some expressed in English letters.

Part IV: numbering, expressed in numbers.

Practical significance of thin film capacitor packaging

1. Electrolytic capacitors are generally made up of metal foil (aluminum / tantalum) as positive electrode, plastic film of metal foil or polymer electrolyte solution;

2. The negative electrode of tantalum electrolytic capacitor is usually manganese dioxide. Because both of them use electrolyte solution as negative electrode (pay attention to the difference with electrolytic medium), electrolytic capacitor is famous for it.

3. The optically active electrolytic capacitor has the functions of switching power supply filter, decoupling, data signal coupling, time constant setting and DC isolation in the principle of switching power supply or high frequency and high frequency power supply circuit. Generally, it can not be used to communicate the principle of AC switching power supply. When it is used as filter capacitor in DC regulated power supply circuit, its anodizing (positive stage) should be connected with the positive terminal of power supply voltage, and the negative (negative stage) should be connected with the negative terminal of power supply voltage. It can not be connected wrong, or the capacitor will be damaged.

4. Electrolytic capacitor is widely used in electrical products and various electronic equipment, its volume range is very large, generally 1 ~ 1000 μ F. The rated operating frequency range is 6.3 ~ 450V. Its defects are large dielectric loss and volume deviation (larger tolerance is + 100%, - 20%), weak heat resistance and long storage time, which are very easy to be invalid.

General packaging types of thin film capacitors

 

Film capacitor packaging can be divided into three types: wire type (also known as in-line type), buffalo angle type (also known as solder pin type) and anchor bolt type.

 

The most common type of welding pin is two corner welding pin, but it is also triangle welding pin, four corner welding pin and irregular type of multi corner welding pin.

 

In addition, there is also a kind of welding plate type, which is not very common, and the specifications are similar to the size of buffalo horn type.

Common: wire type aluminum electrolytic capacitor, welding pin type aluminum electrolytic capacitor: two corner and four corner, anchor bolt type aluminum electrolytic capacitor

 

Uncommon type: Triangle welding pin type aluminum electrolytic capacitor, welding piece type aluminum electrolytic capacitor

How are thin film capacitors made up

Electrolytic capacitors have optical rotation. Why do they also have optical rotation?

 

Generally speaking, electrolytic capacitor is used in rectifier circuit, but not in communication. Because of this, it is necessary to have a certain difference in optical activity. If there are differences between the parts, the differences can be carried out according to the following: the long side of the guide pin terminal is positive grade 0 + the short side of the guide pin is negative grade 0, and the waterproof sleeve is marked with gray black thick line to express negative grade.

 

The differences between raw materials are as follows:

Aluminum foil: aluminum foil with formed aluminum foil and non formed aluminum foil.

 

Formed foil: used in positive grade.

Non formed foil: application in negative stage

2. The electrolyte of lithium battery was stored.

 

What are the applications of other raw materials and parts?

Lithium battery electrolyte can be said to be lithium battery electrolyte for driver. It is a mixture of many drugs. It can be differentiated according to the working voltage, temperature characteristics and types of capacitor.

 

After the vulcanized rubber rewinding machine, the element is soaked in lithium battery electrolyte and the aluminum shell is soaked. If it is placed in the air in this way, the soaked drug will volatilize. Because of this, the element is put into the aluminum shell, covered with vulcanized rubber, and the aluminum shell is tight, so as to completely seal, so the vulcanized rubber and aluminum shell are applied.
