With the increase of operating voltage, the carrier loss of CBB capacitor will increase, which will increase the temperature of capacitor, accelerate the degradation speed of capacitor insulation, lead to premature aging, breakdown and breakage of internal insulation of capacitor. In addition, under the influence of high start-up voltage, the insulation carrier in CBB capacitor will be locally aged, so the higher the voltage is, the faster it will age and the shorter the life be.
Method 2: deal with abnormal operation condition on time, detect abnormal condition such as expansion of CBB capacitor, heating of joint, serious oil leakage and so on, and you must withdraw it from operation. For serious accidents, such as fire, burst, etc., please immediately turn off the power supply to check, understand the cause of the accident to solve before replacing another BCC capacitor to continue operation.
