2. When measuring the conductive liquid, the capacitive liquid level gauge depends on whether the container containing the measured medium is electrically conductive to determine the measurement mode. When the container is in a regular shape and is electrically conductive, the metal rod can be inserted as an electrode and the liquid is And the container as another motor, with an insulating sleeve as an intermediate medium, so that the three form a cylindrical capacitor.

3. Capacitive level gauges When measuring conductive liquids and non-conductive containers, the metal rod is used as an electrode, and the other electrode is grounded, and the lower end is immersed in the bottom of the container to be tested, and the upper end is mounted on the mounting flange. Conductive connection, so that one of the two electrodes is connected to the ground and the instrument ground to maintain the accuracy of the measurement results.

4. Capacitive level gauge can be used to measure the non-conductive solution with high viscosity. It can be used to directly insert the metal electrode into the center of the cylindrical container and connect the instrument line to the container. The container can be used as the external electrode. The liquid is used as an insulating medium to form a cylindrical capacitor to measure the liquid level.
