Bolt type aluminum electrolytic capacitor is named after bolt because its pin is bolt. It has the characteristics of high voltage, large capacity, high withstand current and so on.

 

Bolted electrolytic capacitors are:

CD92: low voltage, large capacity, low loss, low leakage, small volume, high ripple current resistance (85 ℃ / 1000H).

CD92H: low voltage, large capacity, low loss, low leakage, small volume, high ripple current, wide temperature (105 ℃ / 1000H).

CD92L: resistance to high ripple current, ultra-low impedance, (85 ℃, 2000H).

CD13N: high voltage, large capacity, high ripple current (85 ℃ / 2000H).

CD13NH: high pressure, large capacity,( 105 ℃, 2000H).

CD13L: medium high voltage, large capacity, high ripple current, wide temperature (85 ℃ / 5000H).

CD98SKC: high ripple energy storage, large capacity( 85 ℃ / 3000H).

 

First of all, to be clear, aluminum electrolytic capacitance must be broken, it is only a matter of time. There are many reasons that affect capacitor life, such as overvoltage, reverse voltage, high temperature, rapid charge and discharge and so on. In normal use, the biggest effect is temperature, because the higher the temperature, the faster the loss of electrolyte volatilization. It is important to note that the temperature here does not refer to ambient or surface temperature, but to the working temperature of aluminum foil. Manufacturers usually mark the capacitance lifetime and test temperature on the capacitor body.
